Everything between a comment and your link

OwlHook answers in public, sends the link in private and keeps a record of every comment, so you can get back to running your business.

Reply to the comments that matter

Choose a single post or reel, or all of them. Listen for keywords like PRICE, LINK or DETAILS, or reply to every comment. Add words to skip, so a comment that also says “refund” doesn't get a sales link.

  • Capitals, small letters, punctuation, emoji and fancy fonts all match
  • Add the words your customers use, like “kitna” or “rate”
  • Emoji work as keywords too
Example automation called Festive hamper: it listens for the keywords PRICE, LINK and kitna, skips comments that say refund, and runs on all posts and reels.

Replies that sound like you

Write a few versions of your public reply, in English, Hindi or Hinglish. OwlHook rotates them and spaces them out naturally, so your replies feel personal, not spammy.

  • Several reply variations per automation
  • Posted under the original comment, threads included
  • Your words, always
Example: three people comment asking for the price, and each gets a different public reply pointing them to their DMs.

Your link, one tap away

Each matching comment gets one private message with a “Send me the link” button. When they tap or reply, the link is sent.

  • One private message per comment
  • The link only after they respond
  • One optional follow-up, like a size chart or a discount code

Keyword DMs

Someone messages you PRICE without commenting? They get the same link.

Example: the customer gets a DM thanking them for asking, with a 'Send me the link' button. They tap it, and the link arrives.

Ready for the reel that takes off

When comments flood in, OwlHook lines them up and works through them steadily. There's nothing for you to manage.

Example: many comments arrive at once on a busy post, and OwlHook lines them up and works through the queue steadily.

Know what happened to every comment

Replied, DM sent, link sent, or skipped, with the reason. During early access, we send it to you as a report.

Example report: the comment 'Price kya hai?' got its link; 'LINK' got a DM; 'Wow' was skipped because it had no keyword; 'price? refund nahi mila' was skipped because it contains a word to skip.

Respectful by default

Only people who comment or message you hear from you, once per comment. Anyone can reply STOP, and OwlHook stops at once and confirms it. Anyone can ask for a person, and OwlHook pauses that chat so you can reply. OwlHook never sends broadcasts, and it never replies to your own comments.

Example: a customer replies STOP, and gets back: You're unsubscribed: this account won't send you automated messages any more. Reply START to undo.

Good to know

How Instagram's rules shape what OwlHook does, in plain words.

What happens when a post goes viral?
Instagram limits how many private replies any account can send in an hour, whichever tool you use. On a very busy post, OwlHook lines up the extra replies and sends them out steadily, staying within that limit. Anything that couldn't be sent shows up in your record. The exact limits are in our Terms.
Where will my customers see the DM?
Instagram decides where messages appear. People who follow you usually see it in their inbox. People who don't will usually find it in their message requests. That's why a public reply like “Sent you the details in DM!” helps, and we'll help you word yours.
How many messages does each person get?
One private message per comment. The link, and one optional follow-up, go out only after they tap or reply, and only within the time Instagram allows for a conversation.
Will OwlHook reply to my own comments?
No. OwlHook ignores comments from your own account, so it never replies to itself or to you.
