1. Nothing is shipped
OwlHook is an online software service. We don't sell or ship physical goods, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.
2. How the service is delivered
You use OwlHook online, through owlhook.com and the Instagram professional accounts you connect to it. Your access starts when your account is activated.
3. When you get access
OwlHook's app has to pass Meta's review before it can work with Instagram accounts that belong to other businesses: Meta verifies our business and reviews the app first. We can't promise when Meta will finish. Until it does, we can sign early-access agreements, but we can't activate accounts.
- During early access, every customer joins on a written agreement that sets the price and when billing starts. We activate your account within 2 working days of signing it, or of Meta completing its review of OwlHook's app if that comes later, and confirm by email.
- Once self-serve sign-up opens, access starts as soon as you sign up, with a free trial; billing starts after the trial.
- In every case, your access starts when your account is activated, and we don't charge you before then.
4. Where we provide the service
We sell OwlHook to businesses in India, and bill in Indian rupees.
5. If something goes wrong
If you don't have access within the time above, email hello@owlhook.com. If you were charged and we can't give you access, we refund you in full under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
